Golf Physiotherapy Birmingham
Play better golf. With less pain holding you back.
Golf performance is not just about technique. It is about what your body can physically tolerate, control and produce.
At Peak Health Physiotherapy, we offer Titleist Performance Institute based golf assessments designed to help golfers move better, reduce pain and improve performance. This service is led by Jack, a Physiotherapist with an elite sport background and a strong understanding of the physical demands of the golf swing.
Using a combination of movement screening and VALD Force Plate testing, we assess how you generate force, how efficiently you transfer power, and where physical limitations may be contributing to pain, inconsistency or loss of distance.
This approach is widely used in professional golf to guide both performance development and injury management.
Assessment options
Level 1 Performance Assessment
A performance focused screen looking at how your body moves in relation to the golf swing. It assesses mobility, stability, balance and key movement patterns that influence efficiency and consistency.
Suitable if you want to move better, hit the ball more consistently, or reduce stress on your body, even if you are not currently injured.
Level 2 Clinical Assessment
Designed for golfers with pain or injury related to playing golf. This assessment goes deeper into the root cause of symptoms using a structured clinical movement assessment.
Painful movements are explored safely, dysfunctional patterns are analysed in detail, and clinical reasoning is used to guide rehabilitation and safe progression back to performance training.
