Went in with a muscle issue that Jamie quickly diagnosed. Jamie was great to work with, very knowledgeable and thorough. The exercises and massage worked and am back to full movement now. Would definitely recommend.

Jamie is an excellent physiotherapist. He knew exactly what the condition was and how to treat it, with an exercise programme. I am now back to my chosen sport and feeling much stronger. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend the physiotherapist I saw at Peak physiotherapy. Kieran was brilliant, he has a relaxed and friendly manner, he took the time to correctly assess and understand my problem, as well and my lifestyle to offer the most appropriate rehabilitation plan. He was also super responsive, sharing my exercise rehab plan straight away, so I could get to the gym the following morning to start on the exercises.

Jamie is excellent. Having been referred to him by a friend, I've been very grateful for that referral and indeed to Jamie himself for his quality as a sports physio. During the time I've been working with him he has been both personable and professional; his diagnoses, insights, and suggested strengthening exercises have been helpful; indeed, I've particularly appreciated his willingness to adapt suggested exercise programs in order to construct programs that are realistic whilst stretching, that fit well with my everyday life whilst also enhancing it. I'm very grateful for his help, and would likewise thoroughly recommend him for anyone looking for a quality sports physio.

After 18 months to 2 years of on-going problems in my right shoulder and neck, 3 sessions with Jamie has seen a marked improvement. My range of movement and discomfort is now much better. After two sessions Jamie had fully assessed what issues i had and given me a programme of exercises to do. The third session evaluated progress (which was good) and adapted exercises with advice in order to continue the progress. I found Jamie personable and professional with a great approach to getting the most out of our sessions. It has been much appreciated. Many thanks, Jamie.

Had 5 sessions with Jamie spread across 3 months following a sports injury to my knee. I felt that Jamie thoroughly assessed what damage was done and provided a gradual path from injury to returning to sport, and I’m very grateful for his support during this emotionally challenging time! I particularly liked his use of technology to assess progress as this helped to see progress in the inevitable moments of frustration following an injury. Thanks Jamie, I’ll definitely be back if I need physio services in the future. After and before photos attached, my training is now better than before I was injured!
